Beer: Stone Enjoy By 12-13-13
Date: 12-8-13
Location: Escondido, CA
Type: Double IPA
Alcohol: 9.4%

Appearance: Clear, small bubbles rising to the top, thin white head, light golden in color

Aroma: Grapefruit and hops

Body & Texture: Full bodied, bit of a bite!

Aftertaste: hops, hops, hops

Overall Impression:
This is one of those bitter beers — plain and simple. Stone is known for their hoppy beers! Take Ruination for example. This reminds me of that but with a freshness to it. It’s pretty high in alcohol so I recommend sharing this 22 with someone…unless sharing isn’t your thang. Pretty much if you aren’t a major hop head this beer isn’t for you. If you’re down with west coast style double ipas that pack fresh citrusy hops then this is your beer. If you aren’t, well move alone little doggy. What I really like about Enjoy By is that Stone tells you the window in which to drink this and enjoy the fresh hoppy flavor. This was cut close by drinking it on December 8th, but let me make you understand that is was still delicious and definitely tasted fresh. I’ve tried Stone Enjoy By three or four times now, and I’m still a fan. It’s one I will definitely never turn down. Calling all hop lovers! This beer is for you — Go enjoy it now!
