Honey Goat Cheese Salad Dressing

by Kelli H. on May 16, 2012

Calling all goat cheese lovers. I’m talking to you, Jane! I have a delicious and super easy recipe for you! Only a few ingredients, and you can enjoy a little goat cheese taste on every single bite of your lettuce. I’m a huge fan of goat cheese and usually buy it every single week. It’s such a tangy but also mild cheese. I love putting it on salads that are accompanied by walnuts (or any nuts), craisins, and apples. So, when I saw That’s so Michelle’s recipe, I knewI had to give it a try. I’m glad I did because it’s a keeper!

Honey Goat Cheese Salad Dressing
Recipe from That’s so Michelle

4 oz goat cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
juice of half a lemon

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Mix with any of your favorite salads.

Are you a goat cheese fan?

I love goat cheese in salads but I love the idea of a dressing made with it even more so it gets in every bite!

Hope you like it! It’s sooo creamy! Then again, what’s not to like?

Oh man do I love goat cheese! I need to make this asap. Have you tried Trader Joe’s honey goat cheese? It’s made with honey so messier than dipping yourself and a slightly lighter sweetness than fresh honey. DELISH! Also, goat cheese in lavender honey is DIVINE! (can you tell I’m obsessed?!)

I’ve never had either, but I’m sure I’d love both! They sound delish!
