Only a few ingredients, and you can enjoy a little goat cheese taste on every single bite of your lettuce. I’m a huge fan of goat cheese and usually buy it every single week. It’s such a tangy but also mild cheese. I love putting it on salads that are accompanied by walnuts (or any nuts), craisins, and apples. So, when I saw That’s so Michelle’s recipe, I knewI had to give it a try. I’m glad I did because it’s a keeper!
Honey Goat Cheese Salad Dressing

4 oz goat cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
juice of half a lemon
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Mix with any of your favorite salads.
