Asian Slaw Part Deux

When I found out picnik was going away I was so sad. What was I going to use to edit my photos now? Luckily, I found out through Pintrest about this new photo editing website called, PicMonkey and what can I say? I love it! So, I definitely recommend it if you’re into photo editing at all. I usually just use it to resize my photos, because it’s so easy, but it also has some great effects as well.

Anywho, onto the delicious Asian slaw. I’m kind of becoming obsessed with Asian slaws. I just feel like there are so many vegetables that you can throw into it, and the dressings are sooooo yummy! Especially this one. If I were to rave about anything with this slaw, it would be THE DRESSING! The dressing is amazing! I would use it on any salad.

I made this Asian slaw before but this one is even tastier.  I still recommend the other one since it’s super simple, but this new one is really better. 
Asian Slaw Part Deux
Recipe from Let’s Dish

For the slaw:
4 cups prepared shredded coleslaw
2 cups shredded carrots
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup frozen shelled edamame, thawed
2 green onions, thinly sliced
½ cup chopped salted peanuts
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

For the dressing:
 ¼ cup honey
¼ cup vegetable or olive oil
¼ cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
1 tablespoon peanut butter
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 clove garlic, minced

1. Prepare slaw by mixing all the veggies in a large bowl.
2. In a bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients and whisk.
3. Toss slaw with dressing, top with additional peanuts.
