Never Before

by Kelli H. on May 13, 2011

Never before have I liked ribs!  Maybe I never had them prepared right.  I’ve had them on the barbeque.  I’ve had them in the oven.  How could I have never enjoyed ribs before this?  Well, now I can enjoy baby back ribs for the rest of my life.  I’m sure my Dad will be happy!

I made these immediately after reading about them on Eat, Live, Run.  Her post made me rush out the door and embark on a new journey.  I’ve never made ribs myself before and boy, was I ever ready to take on the challenge.

Head over to Steamy Kitchen for some Cayenne Cinnamon Baby Back Ribs.  She has great pictures and easy steps on the simple process.  These baked for 1 hour plus a few minutes under the broiler.  I never knew ribs could be done so fast and literally fall off the bone.  Just amazing.

You know they’re good when your plate looks like this when your finished.  Also, notice how I started with 2 ribs but had to have 3. : )

David always laughs at me because my bones are so clean when I’m done with them.  I get that from my Dad – he’s the same way.

YAY for amazing Ribs! And yeah, you really make me laugh with those bones. Even though the meat pretty much falls right off, I still can’t get ’em THAT clean! lol. 🙂

I made them tonight…they were the easiest ribs i have ever cooked, the flavor was different then any other ribs i have had…but they were sooooo good! Uncle Mark gave them a 11, Garett gave them a 9 and i would have to say the same as Mark a solid 11. Thanks again for these easy after work tasty recipes!
